Welcome Back

So it has been a while since the last post.. a few jobs and a son added to the family ( He is 2 now ) .. Last job has taken me downtown.. Perfect excuse to Try to get back into execution of a Tri goal again. Did I mention that one of the guys at work is also doing a "Tough Mudder" ? Mudder is end of April Tri is end of May Lets start a new journey ;)
