New Bike

Longest Run so far... ! ! !

I had my longest run so far this morning.. 4.7 miles in 47 minutes... I tried to keep a 10 minute pace the entire time.. I even felt like I held back a little and could have picked it up a bit at the end... Think this the start of a good week.

Today's Run Sucked.... !!!!

I just wasn't feeling it today so I only ran 1.63 miles.

Plan to work out during lunch tomorrow to try to get back what I didn't do today.

Run outside.... :(

So I did my first run in a very long time outdoors yesterday...

It wasn't that good at all. (As you can see on the right :)It is just proof that I need to train much farther distances than I plan to try to perform in the first tri... Planning on doing a bike workout this morning.. Will post how that goes later.
