So Tuesday was an off day and Wednesday was the group meeting day..
I would say about 20 or 25 people showed up. A pretty good variety of individuals.. some runners some not. Mostly looked like folks from previous years.. This is going to be fun..
Went through some drills for about 30 minutes then ran around the track and back to the building.. Something like 1.39 miles or so.. nothing special. Not so bad.. Then Tigre ( 4 month old daughter ) decided to stay up most of the night off and on.. I am supposed to run 3 miles today.. We will see how thing so. ;)
